Shipping & Delivery
We offer a range of shipping options including regular post and express post. We will always ship to you by the most cost effective method or you are welcome to come and collect your products or use your own courier.
 
Returns & Replacements
We will willingly replace or refund faulty items if they are reported to us within 7 days of delivery or, in the case of flat foils, within a day of the faulty balloon having been inflated. We require the balloon and packaging to be returned to us so that we can see what the problem is and inform our manufacturers in the case of a manufacturing problem.
We will not refund pre-inflated air balloons that are not reported to us within 7 days of delivery as deflations after this time are generally down to environmental conditions such as the customer store being too hot or the balloons placed near a window.

Orders can be made via our website, email (sales@addaballoon.com.au), telephone (08-9456-0099), fax (08-9456-0185) or in person at our warehouse. Please note that free/reduced shipping promotions only apply to orders placed via our website.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We often have price or shipping promotions. Promotions will be displayed online and are sometimes posted out to our customers. Some promotions require upfront payment.

You can log on and see the progress of your web orders at any time.
Updating Account Information
Please contact us directly to update your account information as changes made via our website will not automatically get applied to our main in store systems.
